For Buyer

Purchase & activation

When is the invoice sent after I checkout?

Digital invoices are sent immediately after we receive payment. Make sure the email you use is active so you don't miss out.

What about OTP/activation codes?

Activation codes are sent to email. If it doesn't arrive in a few minutes, you can press the resend button on the registration page without repeating the process from scratch.

How do I see the latest keyword trends?

We update the list of popular keywords periodically based on creator & buyer searches for the last 7 days. Use this list to find digital products the community is looking for.

For Seller

Verification & payout

When is a seller account deleted if not verified?

If the verification email is not confirmed within 5 days, the system will deactivate the account to maintain catalog security.

Is it mandatory to upload ID (KTP)?

Yes. Before payout, sellers must verify their identity. The name on the ID must match the recipient's name on the bank account.

When can I change my ID data?

Identity data changes can be made once every 3 months to prevent payout data abuse.
