Terms for using Ziqva Store services

This document outlines the rights and responsibilities of buyers, sellers, and public users.

Section 1

1. Introduction

Ziqva Store is a digital marketplace for software licenses, creative assets, and other digital products.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.
Ziqva Store may update this document at any time. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard or email.

Section 2

2. Account & Security

Users must use an active email address and keep their credentials secure.
OTP codes are used for account activation. If you do not receive one, use the resend option on the registration page.
Ziqva Store may suspend accounts that violate policy or show suspicious activity.

Section 3

3. Purchases & Product Delivery

Payments are processed through secure official channels. Digital invoices are issued after payment confirmation.
License codes and digital files are delivered to the registered email address.

Section 4

4. Seller Terms

Sellers must complete identity verification before withdrawing funds.
The name on the identity document must match the payout recipient name on the destination account.
Identity data may only be updated once every 3 months.
Seller accounts that do not verify their email within 5 days may be removed automatically.
Seller payouts are processed within 1-3 business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount from sales is Rp 50.000.

Section 5

5. Affiliate Terms

Affiliate earnings are credited to Ziqva Wallet only after the related order is fully completed.
Affiliate commissions can be used as spendable wallet balance and withdrawn through the wallet payout page.
The minimum withdrawal amount from Ziqva Wallet is Rp 50.000.
Affiliate commission history remains visible in the member area even when the active balance is stored in Ziqva Wallet.

Section 6

6. Licensing & Content

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that digital content does not infringe third-party rights.
Ziqva Store may remove content that violates regulations or receives valid infringement reports.
Buyers only receive the usage rights described on the product page; misuse may lead to license deactivation.

Section 7

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed when a license cannot be activated and the seller does not respond within 48 hours after a ticket is created.
Every refund request must include the Order ID together with a clear description of the issue.

Section 8

8. Limitation of Liability

Ziqva Store is not liable for losses caused by using content outside the scope described on the product page.
We are not responsible for third-party integrations performed by buyers without official guidance.

Section 9

9. Additional Policy

Trending keyword lists may be updated regularly to help buyers discover products, but they do not guarantee sales growth.
Ziqva Store may perform scheduled maintenance that affects license delivery or dashboard availability.
Using bots or scripts to manipulate search visibility or order activity is strictly prohibited.
